"The Holy One will guide you continually, and satisfy your needs in parched places, and make your bones strong; and you shall be like a watered garden, like a spring of water, whose waters never fail.”   Isaiah 58:11

OUR CAMPUS

Hobart Hall

The heart of ABSW’s Berkeley campus is Hobart Hall. The four-story brick Tudor Revival building was designed by Julia Morgan and dedicated in 1921. Morgan, one of California’s most famous architects, also designed Hearst Castle in San Simeon as well as many residences and public buildings throughout the Bay Area.

ABSW is a California state landmark, containing classrooms, a student commons, and offices. It is within a quarter mile of University of California, Berkeley.

The building underwent a major renovation in 1999-2001 and is now a bright, airy, beautiful space for classroom study, conversation, and work.
