Located in Berkeley, California, across the bay from San Francisco, ABSW is just a few blocks south of the University of California.
The Graduate Theological Union Library, as well as the campuses of several other GTU seminaries can be reached by taking a twenty minute walk north across the University campus.
Depending on traffic, the Seminary is a thirty to forty-five minute drive from San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and about twenty minutes from Oakland International Airport (OAK).
PARKING/PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Street Parking
Parking is limited on neighborhood streets, and from Monday-Saturday parking is limited to 2 hours in one place, effective until 9 AM - 7 PM. Meters cost a quarter for each 12 minutes, with a 2 hour limit, effective 9 AM - 6 PM. Closer to UC Berkeley, parking meters are computerized to take plastic payment. Please note that a parking ticket runs around $40 in Berkeley.

To get there: From Dwight, travel north on Telegraph (it’s one-way). Turn left onto Channing. First Presbyterian Church’s parking garage is on the left, mid-block on Channing

To get there: travel east on Dwight (it’s one-way), and immediately past the ABSW building, turn left onto Bowditch. Travel straight a few blocks toward Bancroft, finding Public Parking on your left
